Kroot Hunting Pack Box Order I ordered the Kroot hunting pack box from them. It’s over 3 weeks later than the advertised delivery date and I still haven't received it. When I asked about starting a refund process as my package is obviously lost. I was told that "It is not part of our policy to refund solely because packages are delayed though as that’s the fault of the carrier and not us." and I would not receive a refund or be sent a replacement until "Once we have confirmation that the package is lost from the usps or returned to sender". As I mentioned the item is three weeks late and there hasn't been any updates on starting a refund process or even sending another Kroot box, despite me asking multiple times. It seems likely I will not receive any refund of any kind and that I'm just out $187. I will never use their service again. They have poor customer service and there is no guarantee you will even receive what your ordered.
