Absolutely Amazing The prices are really good. I ordered a sword set on a Friday and selected priority because I couldn't find a ship date and needed it for Christmas. Usually "business days" means Monday - Friday. So I was surprised when I received an email saying it had shipped and then was even more surprised when we received it on Monday. Thank you!

M48 Lightning Strike… EDIT 3/25/24: After almost three months, I was contacted by BUDK and offered options to resolve this issue. I chose a refund. Thank you BUDK Customer Service! EDIT: As of 2/14/24, I'm still awaiting word from BUDK Customer Service, although I'm not holding my breath. I purchased a M48 Lightning Strike Automatic knife 10/23/23. Most of the time the knife remained in my truck. The knife was dropped 12/21/23 and rendered completely inoperable. I was unable to contact BUDK until 12/31/23, eight days after the 60-day warranty expired, and was told nothing could be done to rectify the situation. I am now the proud owner of what amounts to a $90 paperweight. Therefore, I rate the experience 0 out of 5. Poor support to go along with a poor product.

Great company Almost every item that I've received has had no issues and they usually arrive within a two to three week time span. They are a great company as far as I'm concerned and if there are any questions their customer service does their best to answer them. The date given isn't the exact date since I can't remember it.
