LCR kept me informed on the status of my order throughout the entire process. Unfortunately the weather here and at point of shipping delayed goods received. USPS dropped the ball in leaving my silver in a wide open mailbox without a signature acquisition. No shocker with their poor services. This, however does not reflect upon LCR.

Disappointed 1996 ms69 silver eagle Purchased 40 coin silver eagle set. The 1996 ms69 had a black spot on the coin. How does this qualify as a ms69 grade? Would NGC give this grade with such an obvious flaw? Disappointed, now I am seeking to replace 1996 with a more appropriate example. The other coins were fine.
