The app asks you a lot of questions, that of course are optional, but I can imagine those questions help greatly with helping users find the right person for themselves.

Re-activating account I wrote a complain here about account being banned. They gave an answer that I have to email them(i had done it before). After contacting, they asked some questions (probably to verify), and then they re-activated my account. I give 4 stars instead of 5 only because my account was banned for few days. However, overall, I can say my experience was positive and nice.

Needs work but is still legit. The app is pretty good, but it still needs some work. The algorithm it uses to find potential matches seems to be off quite a bit and every time I get more than one unblur they all disappear after use one of them. That being said, the support team is quick to respond and fix any issues. I haven't seen any OF ads in the form of people's profiles like other apps typically would have. The amount of money that it costs to really utilize the app is a bit much but everything aside I'd say the app works pretty well.

Customer Support I got the premium + edition and today when I went to use my daily unblurs I noticed I could only use 1. I contacted customer support and there was no delay with a resolution. I don't know of another app that I more swift with customer support. 5 stars for customer service 💯
