I am 100% confident that the prior… I am 100% confident that the prior three reviews are fake and we’re either paid for or written by the site owners themselves. The quality of the cards are good but they are not made in America and come from China. Shipping is long and you are not updated properly through shop pay. That is an error on the stores part not shop pay. This is clearly a relatively new shop and they have a lot of work to do.

Company and service are good... rare find! For some reason I ended up with USPS marking my order delivery as complete even when I hadn't received my package yet. Making me suspect someone had stolen my Rider deck I contacted the support email to check if they had any further info. Crystal; the rep who replied was probably one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with to help me sort it out. The response was fast and precise, and her follow up is to be commended. I was asked to leave this review of which I have no problem doing, because good customer service is hard to come by these days! I work as a service manager for a telecommunications company, and I work hard to train staff in the hopes they can provide this level of customer service, maybe then the world would be a nicer place!

Would recommend Got 2 decks. Took 8 days from order to delivery which is average and expected. Got Giant & original Rider cards. Both quality as expected but giant is better because they're easier to handle. Would recommend.

Rider Love After what was days of searching for where I could buy a giant rider waite deck I finally came across these guys. I was a little unsure on a few things so reached out to their customer support team and within 10 minutes a lovely agent named Tyler responded and reassured me of my concerns. 2 weeks later I received my beautiful giant rider deck, and I absolutely LOVE the designs and quality of the cards. I've brought 2 other editions before but this one's by far the best. Thank you Tyler! Highly recommend x
