Kinsta's support is great Kinsta's support is fast, straightforward and usually helpful. The support staff are polite and it's fun because they are always looking for a solution. Simply great.

I was able to close in a short time. I consulted about DNS settings. I received a reply quickly, and I also received the investigation results without any delay. As a result, I couldn't configure it as initially desired, but I'm satisfied with the support as they proposed a workaround.

The support is generally great The support is generally great. My sites were faster on wpx, but kinsta has a lot of tools that wpx doesn't have, even though it's a lot more expensive. They do updates on the server which took my site offline without warning, that really sucked, so I'm reducing my review
