If money is tight, you don't have to leave the club! I was about to cancel my subscription due to financial reasons, however the help/support I received was truly exceptional. I have a reasonable reduction offer so decided to stay on board for the highest service package for the next 2 years. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

It’s a great community It’s a great community. Finding everything you need for the next song you’re playing. Can’t find it, but already know it? Help somebody else and add the chords to the song yourself! And while you’re at it, upload a short clip of yourself playing the song and inspire others to play it too!

I’ve used this app since day one I’ve used this app since day one. I was invited to participate in several beta tests on the app and each one has made the experience better. There aren’t many songs, blues, rock, Christian, spiritual, etc, that I haven’t been able to find on this app. Keep up the good work.

Cannot add songs to playlists on iphone… Cannot add songs to playlists on iphone and ipad with latest updated software - unusable. I reported this over 6 months ago but still not fixed.

Still doesn’t work offline Still doesn’t work offline as advertised, paid subscription, contacted support repeatedly and have been told for over a year that it will get fixed but it still hasn’t been. If you just need an online source of chords it’s ok, but professionals beware! If you’re playing somewhere without an internet connection, or using wifi only iPad that doesn’t have the internet you’re in trouble!
