It was simple to order and came within 4 business days. This is a part we end up having to buy every year and I will only shop with them in the future. Horrible management and not friendly at all. I placed an order on june 6. They took their payment and I was to receive the order on june13. I called on June16 to inquire about where my order was. After giving the person who answered the phone my order number he could not find it and transferred me to another person who could not find it. I was then told I would get an email with the tracing info as soon as they could find it. I did not receive my email until the next day and it informed me that they had not sent it due to it being on back order from their supplier. I called asking when I could expect it and they could not give me a date. Since it was going to take so long in getting my item after it was supposed to already have been here, they already had my money for 10 days and they did not even know when I would receive it I asked them to pay to have it sent overnight. They said I would have to pay the difference. When I asked to talk to the manager all she would say is we will refund your money. I have never had a business not willing to rectify a problem that was a result of them. I am very disappointed in them and found a different company that had free shipping.
