Stood by their product, overall very positive experience Ordered a D&D Black Dragon Trophy Plaque (originally made by WizKids, a WOTC subsidiary) from PackTurtle and the order shipped quickly and was incredibly well-packaged. When it arrived I had some questions about the paint job on the model not matching the promo images from WizKids (the dragon heads do not have the green overtone shown in WizKids' promo images) and reached out to PackTurtle to ask about it. Despite PackTurtle only being a reseller and not manufacturing original item, Cheryl sent photos of each of the Black Dragon Trophy Plaques they had in inventory and offered to either do an exchange for any of the heads in their inventory or a refund if I was unhappy with the paint job on the trophy I had received. After looking at each of the items in inventory I could tell it was a quality control issue on WOTC's end and not an issue with the specific item sent by PackTurtle so I kept the one I had, but PackTurtle's willingness to back the quality of their products, even when they weren't the original manufacturer, is something I don't usually see with resellers. Additionally, Cheryl was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to shop from them again in the future and highly recommend them as an online merchant.
