From educating us on how to do this as we’d never purchased metals before , to their entire staff being so kind , they never high pressured us and even recommended we take a little time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted to do , we can’t say thank you enough Mike, Mason, Emily, Amy, and the rest of the GoldPro . You couldn’t ask for a more honest bunch of individuals . We will forever be grateful .

Mike White scams the elderly… This guy Mike White scams the elderly out of their money. He never sends any gold to any people that buy from his website Goldpro.com. He stole my fathers money who is 91 and never sent him anything. He needs to return Jim Magner’s money.

The customer service is outstanding The customer service is outstanding. I was fortunate to speak with the owner and was amazed at the interest he invested in getting to know me. I was comfortable in asking the most simple questions without fear of ridicule or judgement. In fact the best part of my experience was the amount of knowledge he shared with me. In addition, he made the whole buying process extremely easy. I have no complaints and plan on recommending him to all of my friends here in Hawaii.

He apologized for the error, he also took responsibility for the error. According to Mike, he had some very sad personal issues that he had to attend. I do understand sometimes that life gets in the way and is beyond our control. Mike did promise that he would make it right. I cautiously agreed. He stated I would have my coins on a certain date and to my surprise, I received a package that had the coins. I probably will buy from them again but will do things a little different than before. I do admire him for sticking to his word..
