Scam, Shady company and practices I made a purchase on an item that was on sale, but I noticed the day after I purchased, it went up $7 on their site. It took more than a week to ship with no feedback from the seller on why it was taking so long. 7 days later they cancelled the order. They probably sold it at the higher price and that’s why they canceled my order. Needless to say I can’t get in touch with anyone to ascertain why the order was canceled. Shady company. It was a gift for my son‘s birthday, so even if that’s not the case, not ship for seven days without reaching out to the buyer in this day and age is exactly why people shop at Amazon anymore. UPDATE: 5/4/22: They’re even worse than initially perceived. They apologized and said there was a glitch and that I could place a reorder at the higher price. Ofcourse I declined respectfully just stating I purchased elsewhere and am still awaiting a full refund. Once I refused they tried to contest my review as false!! What company does that! Ofcourse I had receipts and now this review is verified. It’s a scam. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere. Just ensure if it’s Amazon or walmart,etc they are not the 3rd party vendor.

My son is so happy with his gifts! My son is so happy with his gifts!! When I reached out because I only received one item Natalie reached out immediately to explain the delay with the shipping. She was able to ship the other items in time for Christmas so my son can open them Christmas morning. She also send a personalized card!! Amazing products and customer service!!! Highly recommend! The delay in shipping is understandable… The delay in shipping is understandable but one of my package did not arrive though I was sent a message that it was shipped and delivered. Tried to reach out but no response. Will not buy from you again.

You will not be disappointed I only stumbled upon Stunned Mind while looking for Christmas gifts for my niece, who loves Anime. But I must say, every time I ordered from here, I've received my packages in a speedy manner. Even during the last holiday, with all them delivery delays, I unexpectedly and happily got my packages in a timely manner. I actually forgot to order an item and put in an order on the 23 or 24 of December knowing that it would not arrive by Christmas, and that was ok, my niece got her package on the 27th. I ordered a replacement item that was broken and received the new one in less than a week. My niece has loved everything I've gotten her from here and that makes me happy.
