USBest customer service ever!! With this pandemic delaying mailing services, online ordering couldn't have been more hectic during the holidays! I ordered a PlayStation mug as a Secret Santa gift but, unfortunately, it kept coming in broken due to packaging issues. HOWEVER, Natalie from the Stunned Mind team was so understanding and accommodating and we were able to work things out! She fixed the packaging issue for future orders and personally sent me a replacement mug with a handwritten apology and a couple extra items to pair with my secret Santa gift! Despite the packaging issue, this was the best customer service I ever experienced! I will definitely be shopping from Stunned Mind again. :)

USMy son is so happy with his gifts! My son is so happy with his gifts!! When I reached out because I only received one item Natalie reached out immediately to explain the delay with the shipping. She was able to ship the other items in time for Christmas so my son can open them Christmas morning. She also send a personalized card!! Amazing products and customer service!!! Highly recommend! Will definitely continue to shop here. 😊

USAbove and Beyond The StunnedMind team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my Christmas a little bit more special. I had received a broken Sailor Moon teacup initially, and when I let them know, after some kind back and forth, they ended up sending me not only a replacement- but it was wrapped in a Sailor Moon blanket, and packed with a poster. The extra effort and kindness really made me so happy. Thank you all so much for your kindness this holiday. It meant a lot.

USChristmas 2020 I placed an order on 12/19/20. It was a gift for my husband. We could only afford to buy each other one gift this year. I was concerned after a few days that the gift would not arrive on time like I originally planned. However, after messaging and receiving a prompt response from Natalie, I received the item the day before Christmas! That was the highlight of my Chris after so much went wrong! Thank you guys so much again for making sure my item shipped in time!

USStopped talking to me mid-return. Tried to return a product that was different than described on the website. Website says free returns, Stunnedmind.com gave me the runaround until they simply stopped talking to me.
