GBBookToCash! Order status states "Not received"as of 02/24/23, however when I check tracking, order shows it was delivered 02/13/2023. I have tried chatting online with their support and sending an email - no response from either attempt. Edit!!! - After writing the review, the refund has been processed.

GBProblems at first but once they heard of my problem it was promptly fixed. Sent in my books and per the tracking #, BooktoCash received my books 1.5 months ago but not yet to acknowledge this or process my books on their website. I sent an email and have not heard back. Poor communication and very slow service! The previous textbooks sites I have used were much faster. Update: After posting my review, BooktoCash contacted me immediately and promptly took care of my transaction with excellent communication and follow-up.
