IDAwesome service You guys are quick and awesome. I was worried about mailing a money order but I had no problems at all! The items shipped so quick and arrived within just 2 days after my payment was received. Thanks Earth's Tongue for being freaking awesome!

GBAbsolute RIP-OFF!!! Absolute RIP-OFF!!! I placed an order on Nov 22. They promised “fast shipping”. One week, two weeks, three weeks, phucking four weeks, still no updates on their website that promised to notify by email when product ships. I call and call and call every hour, no human ever picked up the phone. The message kept repeating that they are “helping” other costumers. I left an email which they responded that my package was already sent, however their website never changed from “transaction pending”. (This is still true up to today) They failed to put my address on the package, and therefore I never received anything. The post office claims that when a business fails to place no/ or an incorrect address, the package goes back to the sender. Again I tried calling every hour they claimed to be open, and never a human answered. I explained what happened and they claimed they put the address on the package, but the email they sent with the tracking number (please remember I would not have that information if I had not contacted them) clearly had no address. They said it was there, however I never received the package, that fact, and the email lacking the address suggest a more realistic version. Their reply to my email explaining all of this ( as well as my local USPS supervisors name and phone for verification of my story) was simply “sorry to hear that”. RECAP: Placed order which promised “FAST delivery” 35 days to receive NOTHING!!! Charged credit card IMMEDIATELY ( not illegal, but a real sh-it maneuver, especially if waiting over a month to ship) Never updated status of order, never notified me any tracking ( only after I contacted them) Failed to send to address that they made sure to charge my credit card ( funny how they got it right that time) Didn’t give a sh-it that I never received what I ordered and failed to admit not putting the address on the package, even though the email clearly shows no deliverable address. If you wish to be ripped off, they are experts. I have since shopped elsewhere and received product within a week of placed order. There are plenty of honest and reliable vendors for your needs. Earthstongue is certainly NOT in that category.

GBHeadache from start to finish So i had same problem as all other bad reviews about shipping. I did finally get it but one product ordered that they said they didnt have yet. They also sent me 2 spore prints of the same kind when it was supposed to be different. They pride on how much more spores are in their syringes then everyone ele. Well fist of all i can just barely see anything in a couple of them. So checked on microscope and very little to see. Ive checked viability on 2 of 4 and nothing! Now the one print i got better be good its a print so unless they sent me empty foil which i havent actually checked yet. I also placed a second order a week or 2 later for something they had on sale and i must have accidentally erased confirmation email cause i rember reading it but now i cant find it and they cant find my order. I know i placed it cause the charge was on my cc! But overall they e been helpful cistomer service wise somewhat!! Bot i cant believe i spent $200 on unviable spore syringes if theyre actually any spores in them!!

GBI had done business with earthstongue… I had done business with earthstongue for years and though they do provide a quality product. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any facet of any type of business (as of late 2019) they do not provide communication with their customers whatsoever if you have any questions or something goes wrong with your orders you are pretty much S.O.L they will not provide you with any updates nor will they reply to any questions you might have they have also recently (as of early 2020) set up their phone service in a way that allows them to avoid contact with customers and have disabled voicemails by phone call. Highly recommend not using this service on any orders you wouldn't be willing to just lose money on that being said on the off chance your order experiences no issue the product will be good quality if you do actually get it
