They are the best. I am no good at tech. I was unable to change billing address to Norway, and was really stuck. Ben, who is super helpful. Fixed it. Must have emailed him back and forth about 20 times. For a really small order. Since it is close to impossible to send money abroad from Norway. I had to send cash. Sending money by mail in Norway is illegal, so I did not feel good, while my letter was in transit. And really, they could have just taken my money, and say they never received it. But these guys are stand up guys. Solid. They are the authority on spores and gear on the Internet. Nobody by their side, and everybody else behind.

Can't beat their contaminant proof syringes! Easy enough. You may try other places and spend hundreds on spores cause they are cheap and then cry about it later when all you get is green or rainbow mold.
