GBDo not give out any information such as credit card number to this "company" I had the exact same experience as the other 3 reviewers. I ordered a Polk Tsi100 bookshelf speakers and immediately got a confirmation. Then it was all downhill. Several days later I asked for a status update twice once through my email confirmation and another through their "live chat". I had to leave a message on their "live chat". In fact I checked many times and there was never anybody on this "live chat". Pay attention to that. They did not respond. Several days later I asked for a status of the order again. Again no response. One and a half weeks later I had to change my cc # since this was at the very least a company that does not care about its customers. They refused to respond. Spend a little extra on a reputable site that might actually send you the product you ordered and respond to the customer. It seems like a scam company to me.
