Quick turn around for funding Quick turn around for funding. Minimal docs needed. Rates a little steep at first but supposed to come down after first pay off. Will wait and see. Had issue with web portal but it was corrected quickly and I was contacted repeatedly until issue resolved. Jerold is great to work with and responds to all communications. That is critical for me. I waited till last minute but needed to complete by end of year.
