GBPremier Studio's Treat You Badly Premier Studio's don't want the best for their clients. A couple of wonderful and helpful freelancers were assisting me with my ticket, and whilst speaking about using a hosting company they recommended a more suitable one for my needs. I discovered the next day, they had been fired for this (despite freelancing for 3 years there), I spoke to the freelancer afterwards privately and found out that Premier Studios wanted to recommend a service several times bigger than my budget on the basis it was their partner host. Now whilst we can speculate over the treatment of the freelancer, what is clear, is they don't want the best for the clients by recommending products they don't need. I feel Premier Studios cannot offer the best service if it has invested interests elsewhere. I'm only thankful I hadn't sent them any money by this point.

GBBad Service, Toxic Management I recently used this platform to commission a project for my MC server. The person completing the commission for my server was outstanding. However, I’ve come to learn that the way that Premier Studios treat their staff and freelancers is what can only be described as disgusting. Total lack of awareness, lack of care and just pure ignorance. In the future I’ll be going directly to freelancers, this service provider has completely put me off using a similar service.

GBGreat Service Studio I've used many service studios in the past, but by far my experience with Premier Studios has been the best. The studio really looks out for every client and ensures that every client is happy with the service provided. My commission manager, David Hancu, was one of the best I have worked with. Super responsive, constantly checked the progress, and even provided his own feedback for the projects to ensure the idea was understood and the quality was top tier.

GBAbsolutely Disgraceful Experience at Premier Studios If there were a way to rate Premier Studios below zero, I'd gladly take it. My journey with them has been nothing short of a nightmare wrapped in a disaster. Let me spell it out: Premier Studios is a catastrophic failure in the realm of client-freelancer platforms. First off, their so-called "management" is a joke. I've seen better organizational skills in a herd of cats chasing a laser pointer. Their communication? Imagine trying to decipher Morse code broadcasted from Mars, but even less effective. I was halfway through a project when they suddenly decided to switch my freelancer without so much as a by-your-leave. The reason? Oh, because the freelancer had the audacity to suggest a more budget-friendly service than the overpriced garbage Premier Studios was pushing. It's crystal clear that Premier Studios cares more about lining their pockets than providing any semblance of quality service. Their partnerships are so blatantly self-serving, it's laughable. They wouldn’t recognize client satisfaction if it slapped them in the face. The new "management" (if you can even call it that) is a circus show of incompetence. Ever since the takeover, it's been like watching a slow-motion train wreck that you can't look away from. The previous team at least had some clue, but now? It's as if they actively strive to undermine everything that made the platform bearable. Their treatment of freelancers is downright abhorrent. I've heard stories that would make your skin crawl about how they discard loyal freelancers over petty disputes or minor policy infractions. It's as if they're trying to set a new low for industry standards. And don’t get me started on their "policy updates." They flip-flop more than a fish out of water, leaving everyone in a constant state of confusion. Their guidelines are about as clear as mud, and when you try to seek clarification, you're met with robotic responses that shed no light on the situation. In conclusion, engaging with Premier Studios has been a profound waste of time, energy, and resources. They are a masterclass in how not to run a service platform. If you value your sanity, steer clear of this dumpster fire of a company. Take your business to a platform that actually respects its clients and freelancers. Premier Studios? More like Premier Disasters.
