This website used to be a great place… This website used to be a great place to find music with a few hiccups (hanging) every once in a while, now the new version is more reliable for its hiccups than its music. Thought it was a temporary glitch at first but no, the speed is terrible, its like they have their servers on dial-up, I have to reload the page every other song, the wait to switch pages is like each page is on a different server on another continent. It seemed like they were just phoning it in when it comes to maintaining & improving this website before, but now I think that number's been disconnected.

Customer service takes long Customer service sucks. Been trying to contact them for a double charge for their annual fee and no one has gotten back. Left a voice mail. No one answers their contact number at all. Update They took care of the issue and was very professional about it and I respect that. Updated from 1 star to 4. I’m an easy man and I hold no grudges as long as everything is made right. They’re still one of the best site to get digital music from.

Limited selection Navigation and ability to demo songs could be made easier. Limited music in particular R&B music. Could not find throw backs that used to be available.

Great value for the money Great value for the money. Videos included for no additional charge. The only suggestion would be consistent sound quality and search result algorithms. Sometimes you have to search 2-3 different ways before finding the track you are looking for. Every once in a while you download a track that has horrible sound quality. Those issues are few and far between. Overall I would recommend this pool to any DJ.

Just Get YouTube Music or Inavator I can't download on this site it only allows you to add to que. Honestly you would be better off getting YouTube music none of the songs on here are new or exclusive. Inavator is a free DJ pool site use them instead. Long story short Mymp3pool sucks. Half the time my login doesn't work but sometimes it does I just can't seem to figure this site out. It was great but then they changed it. Don't waste your money I listed 2 better options. Another one is go on your friend social media stories to find out what people are listening too, it's not most of the music listed here.
