Concerned about the situation, I also filled out the contact form on your website to notify your team about my cancellation request. To my astonishment, I later discovered that my credit card had been charged for the subscription amount despite my efforts to cancel it. This was a major inconvenience and disappointment, as it is clear that your website's cancellation process was not functioning correctly. I am certain that I am not the only customer who faced this issue. In my attempt to address this matter promptly, I called Mentordial.com's customer support hotline on 9/25/2023, hoping for a swift resolution. However, I was met with a disheartening response. The customer support representative I spoke to was uncooperative and bluntly informed me that my subscription amount could not be refunded. This response is baffling, as it is clear that your website was experiencing technical difficulties with the cancellation process, and the support team was well aware of this issue, given the influx of similar complaints from other customers. I would like to emphasize that I followed the instructions provided on your website diligently, which included using the website's cancellation feature and sending a message through the website's contact form. Despite this, I was still charged for the subscription. I find this situation highly disappointing, and I believe it reflects poorly on your subscribers and the overall user experience provided by Mentordial.com. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves and provide a prompt resolution.

It's important to allow some time for a warm-up during the first meeting, but if you come prepared with a well-crafted request, I'm confident you'll receive a wise answer. Or a wise question at least.

USA great site to source mentorship of many levels. Mentordial has been a simple, accessible, and valuable service for expanding knowledge about product professionals and norms of the field. I like the range of people and experiences that are available. I'm still getting used to the service, in order to know how best to leverage the higher-rate mentors. I think there's some practice, or guidance, to prepare for the time together in mentorship, and maximize it.
