GBA Best Mentorship Hub During Covid, I have a hard time getting in touch with mentors. Mentordial changed the dilemma into advantages by offering various mentors and having quality discussions. Mentordial optimized my mentorship experience as much as they could. I'd appreciate it! And I would like to be a mentor at Mentordial to give back to the community in the future.

The customer support representative I spoke to was uncooperative and bluntly informed me that my subscription amount could not be refunded. This response is baffling, as it is clear that your website was experiencing technical difficulties with the cancellation process, and the support team was well aware of this issue, given the influx of similar complaints from other customers. I would like to emphasize that I followed the instructions provided on your website diligently, which included using the website's cancellation feature and sending a message through the website's contact form. Despite this, I was still charged for the subscription. I find this situation highly disappointing, and I believe it reflects poorly on your subscribers and the overall user experience provided by Mentordial.com. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves and provide a prompt resolution.
