DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE buy tickets… DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE buy tickets from this company. Their staff falsely advertised tickets and refused to make it right. By far the worst company I have ever had dealings with and I routinely attend concerts. These people have absolutely no business running this company. They are rude and falsely advertise. If you have bought from them recently I would highly recommend that you check your purchases, that is if their rude customer service reps can be of any help.

My wife and I used Click It Ticket a… My wife and I used Click It Ticket a month ago for tickets to a concert. It was a great show and really easy to buy tickets. Our experience was really positive. We will def use them again.

They had a nice customer service guy I tried this place out a little while ago (I am a concert junkie!!) and I remember that when I called, they had a nice customer service guy. Don't remember his name. He helped me with the seating charts and answered a bunch of questions, was an all around sweet person. And the concert we went to was pretty sweet too!
