They had a nice customer service guy I tried this place out a little while ago (I am a concert junkie!!) and I remember that when I called, they had a nice customer service guy. Don't remember his name. He helped me with the seating charts and answered a bunch of questions, was an all around sweet person. And the concert we went to was pretty sweet too!

What a Ripoff What a ripoff! I purchased tickets to a local theater through this website for $75 only to find out afterward that the face value of the tickets were $20. Someone make a nice profit on my stupidity. Don't let it happen to you.

We bought BTS Tickets from click it… We bought BTS Tickets from click it ticket. They said all sales were final. We made plane reservations, rental car, and non refundable hotel reservation. They sent an email a few days later saying they canceled the tickets just to sell them at a higher price. When I called them they wanted to sell me worse tickets for much more money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE SCAM!!!!!!

I trust them! I trust them! We got tickets and downloaded them no problem. Went to the game last night and had a blast. We've tried Stubhub before and Seatgeek and now ClickitTicket. I liked ClickitTicket becuase their prices were the best. Gonna use again next game I want to go to.
