The team was quick to respond to my inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication. The technical guidance provided was precise, substantially aiding my development needs. Their skillfulness and customer care are truly praiseworthy. I highly recommend them for dependable and professional support.

Support works well but many plugin outdated Support works well, you can get quick responses to your questions. But it's been more than a year and they still haven't activated automatic updates. Besides, many plugins are not up to date. If they fix these problems, I can update my review.

So far I find all the plugins helpful -

Comparison to other GPL sites I have been buying plugins from GPL sites for years now and I have to say that no other site has ever come close to GPLTimes. The most important points with such sites are usually 2 things. How fast are updates rolled out and how is the support when you get into a dicey situation. In both points GPLTimes is absolutely outstanding and this consistently over years. Support has always responded within a few hours, but usually much faster. And the answers were always helpful, which is often forgotten, but just as relevant as speed. The updates, in my experience, are always the latest version shortly after the manufacturer releases a new version. The site has a form through which you can comment that there is a new update for a plugin. I have only had to use this 2 times in 1000s of downloads. And after using it, the plugins were updated within a few hours. In addition to what I consider to be the 2 most important points, there are other points that set GPLTimes apart from the competition. 1) They have their own Wordpress plugin, with which you can automatically update all plugins provided by GPLTimes. Just click update via the plugins section in wordpress, just like you always have. This saves super much time, because mostly you have to download the plugins from such sites manually and then install them via upload in wordpress. That works too, but if you maintain multiple sites, it's a huge time saver. (I did the math and saved about 2 hours of time in the last 3 months alone, which I would have otherwise wasted on updates - of course, only with the amount of pages that I have to update). 2) The site is compared to the competition super clearly designed and also makes visually what her, but for me only secondary. Everybody has to decide for himself. I have tried dozens of other GPL sites over the years, also because not all plugins are available at GPLTimes and I had to switch to other sites for some of them. Many of the sites were simply offline again within a year, even though they promised lifetime updates. And even if they stayed online longer, my experience is that when the site is new to the market, it is usually very committed to the 2 most important things - updates and support. But that then fades away within a few months. 1 example of this is gplplugins.club. At the beginning fast response times and regular updates. Practically as good as GPLTimes. Now I sometimes wait longer than 5 days for support requests and the plugins are sometimes updated only when there is already a newer version from the manufacturer itself. This is just one example, but it is similar on all other sites I have used. And as already mentioned, there were quite a lot of them. Most sites try to lure you with the prices but please don't be fooled. The slightly higher prices at GPLTimes are 1000% justified. There is no more reliable partner on the market. This review is a bit longer, but I hope it gives some of you a good overview and helps!

These guys just steal and leech files… These guys just steal and leech files from other sites. I downloaded a file from them and it included a themecanal.com licensing note. I reached out to the guys over at Theme Canal and they then confirmed that these guys have stolen many files from them, and even copied a ton of their images and text (including their checkout functioning and text). Super lazy and unfortunately frowned upon work ethic. I'll stick with Theme Canal, thanks.
