GBItems not received, Chop Shop never responded, had to claim via PayPal Placed an order with Chop Shop which didn't arrive. I contact them directly and eventually had to raise a claim via PayPal to recover my money. They could have at least responded to my request. Also, as a member of the Planetary Society who use Chop Shop for their merchandise, I will be making clear that they should end their relationship with this poor excuse for a company. UPDATE: Once the seller was contacted by PayPal for the refund, they suddenly contacted me, asking me to cancel the dispute (which I did in good faith) and since then, they have not responded to any communications, or sent my items. The seller was obviously aware I wouldn't be able to raise another case for non-delivery so tricked me out of my money.
