Not bad, not great Took months to get my order due to shipping issue with distributor. Customer Service did provide feedback, but recommendation is to send updates whenever there is such a huge shipping issue.

Horrible communication Horrible communication. The only way I got their attention was on social media, and all I wanted was an update. I wanted to buy from a small business, but I will never shop here again. It was ridiculous. Then when I did get communication it was with pure attitude and it was because I went to social media. They told me they didn’t get any of my request which I sent at least 6. I was hoping for better.

I can not express how great full I am… I can not express how great full I am of Dragon Eye Gaming! My order came in mint condition. It was delayed a bit but I was kept up to date with my order and I am so happy I decided to with Dragon Eye Gaming. Thanks again and I will be doing business with you all in the future no doubt.

Few criticisms Slow shipping. Was told mystery boxes would ship by July 10th but tracking didn’t update until July 22nd. On top of this, if the mystery boxes didn’t sell out there is a chance that the grail item will not ship giving consumers a 0 chance of receiving the grail.. personally I think they should cancel if it’s mystery boxes don’t sell out. I don’t think I will be ordering again.
