0 Stars - Useless Company Been waiting for nearly 2 months, keep getting automated phone calls to say that it will be here by a certain date and it doesn't turn up! To top it all, they are still accepting orders on the item and giving the buyers a 2 week delivery date!!! (Don't be fooled by them) Once bitten twice shy, this is the first and last time I will use this useless company

Failure to Deliver Isme are great if you never actually want the item delivered having paid for your item. I originally ordered this item on 28.08.11. The delivery date kept getting pushed further and further into the future. They then confirmed the delivery date as 11.11.11. Phoning them to check a day prior to this led to them changing this date again. Their newest date (25.11.11) has been and gone without the appearance of the fridge-freezer. They claimed to have dispatched it. However when we actually checked with the delivery company, they stated that they did not have any record of the item. When I queried this, they failed to provide any explanation, repeating "We don't have any information". All promises to rectify the situation failed. They failed to communicate with us on multiple occasions. They were unapologetic despite failing to deliver a fridge in 3 months. We finally cancelled the item today due to their incompetence. Appalling customer service- I ordered a dress, paid for it at the time of ordering and asked for it to bs delivered at one of their collect+ shops. I got a text to say it was there and would be there for 10 days. I went in 2 days later with order print off and id and they hadn't got. I called their customer service desk to say the delivery was refused by the shop, and to contact customer services at isme- which I did. They could see that I had paid for the dress, it hadn't been delivered- they won't give me my money back or send me another dress until they sort out where it is- but they acknowledge I don't have it, their collect + shop doesn't either. I was told someone would call mr back of course they never did, so 3 days later I rang again. I ask their policy on timescales to respond to customers- they don't have one!!! I have rung 3 times now since 14 august and still am no further info, they don't care they've got my money ANC I have no dress. I did point out my contract was with them not their delivery couriers or designated collection shops. Avoid at all costs I've wasted £40 and have no dress just a larger phone bill!
