Delivery of new charging cord was quick… Delivery of new charging cord was quick and easy. Unfortunately it did not work to recharge saber. Our saber never recharged after first initial use. Wish we could get saber to work.

Terrible customer service Did not actually want a saber from here so I was trying to cancel my order maybe an hour after I placed it they never once responded and still sent the package terrible company with no customer service at all.
