I have had a horrible experience with Giants Software (FS22) I have had a horrible experience with Giants software. Initially they announced that FS 22 would be released on the 22nd of November for Mac OS users, while it was only released days later...Thereafter my first download key had already been blocked due to me checking the Giants download portal constantly to check if there have been any updates with the download link becoming available!? Support took longer than a day to reply to my emails querying them about the download key of mine that was blocked because "download limit has been exceeded" even though I had not downloaded the game once! I then went ahead and bought myself another key (and asked for a refund on the old key of course) because I was impatient with the amount of time support was taking to get back to me and unlock my original key. I am now sitting in a situation where both my purchased keys are showing the error "download limit has been exceeded" and I have not even downloaded the games off of one of these keys as of yet! I have also sent multiple emails to Giants support over the course of the past 2 days and have yet to hear a response from them. Embarrasing that a company like Giants is unable to keep to their promised release dates and then still go ahead and not help any Mac (or other platform) users that are struggling to get their downloads processed. I have been waiting to play FS 22 for weeks now and now that it is out and giving me so many problems I actually just don't even want to play their game anymore...

This game is really no fun This game is really no fun. Too many bugs. Beet harvesters won't hook up to headers. Several other things don't work properly. The rocks suck. I grew up on a farm, we never had rocks in the fields.

Hope everything is perfect for you. Make solid and enjoyable games but I hope no one ever has an issue as the customer service/support is horrendous. Contact us forms do not work properly, will tell you that the email that was perfectly fine when they were taking your money is not "requested format" and will skirt the question and ignore you on social media. Very frustrating.

Don't Even Bother!!! I paid nearly seventy pounds for the 'season pass' for FS22 and it ran fine until their completely inept developers released an 'update' which broke it. Since then, I have tried to work with their customer non-support, but have been ignored. I have messaged their Facebook page and been ignored, and I have left comments on their Facebook posts, only to have those comments deleted and for them to continue to ignore me. I have done everything I can, I even completely reinstalled my OS, reinstalled the game, played it as a completely virgin game and it was fine, then the only thing I did was perform the 'update' and it broke, causing all of the same problems as before. I have now been to my bank to request a chargeback. I'm completely done with trying to work with these complete and utter SCAM ARTISTS!!! They could have a good thing going on, if any of them had much of a clue how to actually create a game!!! Don't go near it, it's a total and utter waste of time, energy, money and effort. I've been trying to get along with them since the early days, and they've always been the same. They're a total joke of an outfit!

Complacent. I appreciate it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I am old and I like simulators on the X-Box. I purchased from Giant, their Farming Sim 15 and it was very good and I looked forward to their releasing FS17. So much so I actually pre-ordered it! First thing I've ever pre-ordered. But these people have got Complacent. 15 was good, probably sold well enough for them to devote a year or two to developing 17. I really wish I had waited. There are more bugs in the game than there were behind my wallpaper when I was a kid growing up in London after the war. Okay, so these games can have bugs and then get sorted once you bring them to the companies attention ... Not so with Giant. In fact, I'm not that sure they even bother to read what you send them properly. I told them I had an x-box so what did they do? Sent me a patch on my computer and told me to download it ?????? There is no apology, no remedy, nothing. And I have to say, this has a lot to do with what people are prepared to put up with these days, my sons are telling me, "That's what happens these days, it's not like in your day when things had to be right...! I paid £39.00 for this game, £39.00 out of my disability pension. And these people at Giant couldn't give a damn! They've got my money, why should they care. Especially when Microsoft who sell the game online sell it under a 'NO REFUND' option. To them, it doesn't matter if it works or not, so to my sons and people like them, I say, 'Stop putting up with things just because you think you have to! Get what you pay for or tell the world what a bad company it is ... then see who starts getting things right first time!!! Giant, you are a disgrace!
