Took forever to receive book. The ordering process was finally and I got a pretty good price on the book but it took way to long to ship. I ordered my books about 2-3 weeks before the semester started and I didn't get this one until at least the 3rd week of the semester! Unacceptable when I was told about 7 days shipping.

Poorest customer service I've ever seen They have good prices so If your book arrives in good condition, you will get a good deal. If not, you can forget about getting an exchange. Two emails sent with no reply at all. No contact telephone number, useless online chat... Delivery took also quite a long time... Is it not possible to rate zero starts ??

A good copy delivered as promised! Fair price - probably the best for the book I bought - and a delivery on time (in the number of days stated!). Thanks printasia for a) not overcharging and b) delivering on time a book in good condition!

Oustanding value for hard to find books I am interested in books from India that are often fairly expensive if ordered from India. Printsasia, however, offers incredibly good prices on many of these items.
