I was able to contact the company directly and speak with a very courteous rep on the first try when I wanted to find out whether the book was available. I ordered it on Dec. 6 and it was delivered on Dec. 18, which I thought was quite reasonable. Yes, this may be longer than from other sites, but Printsasia clearly stated that it might take up to 4 days for it to be shipped -- and their price was about half that of any other source even though its condition was new and not used. Based on this experience Printsasia will now be one of my first choices for my book needs.
