nonexistent customer service I ordered my book over three weeks ago and still haven't received it, and need it for a class that started yesterday. No replies to my emails, they don't reply to their online message form, nobody answers the phone and the online chat is unmanned.

Great online book seller, excellent customer service It's a great website to buy books.Shipping is a lot cheaper compared to other major booksellers like Amazon.com.For eg: if you order 4 or 5 books of light weight , the shipping is usually $12 flat, ofcourse it all depends on how much the books weigh.i guess the amazon.com would charge for shipping like $ 30 or $ 40 for the same books. You can find books on a variety of subjects. I buy books on Indian classical music, Amazon doesn't have as many books available on the subject. I am so happy that I found Printsasia.com.
