nonexistent customer service I ordered my book over three weeks ago and still haven't received it, and need it for a class that started yesterday. No replies to my emails, they don't reply to their online message form, nobody answers the phone and the online chat is unmanned.

fast and reliable! i am very statisfied with printasia service quality, the delivery is quick and the price is affordable. i have make a mistake for my order, and printasia helpfully make my order as i wanted. i asked alot of questions and they gave me a fast response. i can look for many varieties of books for relatively cheap price if compared to others. overall i'm very statisfied with printasia.

SUGGESTION TO MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY: START BEGGING OPENLY, ATLEAST WE KNOW THAT WE HAVE PAID TO THE BEGGER AND WILL NOT GET ANYTHING IN RETURN. TOTAL WASTAGE OF TIME AND MONEY.FRAUD COMPANY

Not pleased at all I ordered a book for a class almost 2 weeks before the class began. When I first found the listing for the book it said that estimated delivery was 3-5 days. However once the order was placed, the delivery time changed to 17 days. The book ended up arriving 3 days after my class started and I was very displeased. When I emailed customer service asking where my order was and for an explanation regarding the huge difference in shipping times, I received a response that was totally generic and did not answer my questions at all. I was upset, and it upset me even more that every other attempt to make contact was totally unsuccessful. I will never use this company again. I'll pay extra to deal with a reputable company
