Great store for hard-to-find books about India!!! Finding Printsasia.com after returning from India and Nepal last April has been a pleasant surprise! I''ve been able to order books from them dealing with south Asia that I didn''t have the airline weight limit to bring back with me from India. The prices are not inflated like most US bookstores. They reflect what you would pay for a book in a bookstore in New Delhi or anywhere else in India. The packaging is second to none so your books arrive with now dents or dings on the cover. Poorest customer service I've ever seen They have good prices so If your book arrives in good condition, you will get a good deal. If not, you can forget about getting an exchange. Two emails sent with no reply at all. No contact telephone number, useless online chat... Delivery took also quite a long time... Is it not possible to rate zero starts ??

These people are a rip off I ordered a book through this company back on 5-31-13 & it wasn't until AFTER I sent an email on 6-10-13 that they shipped it on 6-11-13. This book was SUPPOSED to be a Father's Day gift & now it won't arrive until 6-17-13. I WILL NEVER order through this company again!!

Dependable, good prices, will order from again I had reservations after reading some impatient or negative reviews but I have to say my experience with a gift order was completely satisfactory. I was able to contact the company directly and speak with a very courteous rep on the first try when I wanted to find out whether the book was available. I ordered it on Dec. 6 and it was delivered on Dec. 18, which I thought was quite reasonable. Yes, this may be longer than from other sites, but Printsasia clearly stated that it might take up to 4 days for it to be shipped -- and their price was about half that of any other source even though its condition was new and not used. Based on this experience Printsasia will now be one of my first choices for my book needs.
