I have used many online portals earlier but found Printsasia an excellent one for book lovers - great selection, varied, excellent delivery mechanism and of course quick query resolution. The website is user friendly, fast and very attractive. The selection of books is varied reaching greater audience. Took forever to receive book. The ordering process was finally and I got a pretty good price on the book but it took way to long to ship. I ordered my books about 2-3 weeks before the semester started and I didn't get this one until at least the 3rd week of the semester! Unacceptable when I was told about 7 days shipping.

nonexistent customer service I ordered my book over three weeks ago and still haven't received it, and need it for a class that started yesterday. No replies to my emails, they don't reply to their online message form, nobody answers the phone and the online chat is unmanned.

These people are a rip off I ordered a book through this company back on 5-31-13 & it wasn't until AFTER I sent an email on 6-10-13 that they shipped it on 6-11-13. This book was SUPPOSED to be a Father's Day gift & now it won't arrive until 6-17-13. I WILL NEVER order through this company again!!
