We avoided looking into it for years and were completely unaware that there were much better options out there. We assumed what we had was as good as it gets. We assumed wrong. This place was just what we needed for… This place was just what we needed for our family's bistro. We financially took a bit hit with Covid-19 and are now just operating with our patio open. While everything was on lock down we began researching different ways we can quickly recover from all the debt we were accumulating. It was originally my brother's idea to try and find a more affordable merchant service. I handled the research and comparison process. Merchant Chimp was willing to beat out our previous by a number no other vendor could match. They were very nice on the phone and spoke with us on many separate occasions while we hesitantly asked follow up questions.
