Great product! Ordering is easy. I love that they show you how your crystal will look before production. After approval- shipping is quick. The package always arrives within a few days. This is my 4th crystal. I will be ordering more in the future. My daughter liked ours so much she’s gotten 1 of her pets.

They don’t gift wrap all of it I paid for gift wrap but I didn’t know they only wrap the 3d pic, so now I have to get some wrapping paper, that won’t match theirs, just so I can wrap the base before gifting it to my wife. Doesn’t make sense. Wonder if I can get my money back for the gift wrap.

Exactly what I wanted Worked with Jonathon to come up with a just right image and he was most helpful. Once the image was ready, it was approved and they sent me a preview of the piece. Exactly what I was looking for. Once finished my crystal shipped super fast.

Loss of a pet My moms 14 1/2 lab just passed away. I found one of her old pictures from doggy daycare when she was young and had sent to art pix 3d. It came so fast! My mom opened it and we all cried it was beautiful! I will definitely order from here again!
