Mistakes were made AND FIXED🥰 I was frustrated that my order was sent to the wrong address the first time, but they resent it and now I’m overjoyed! Thank you so much!

My Order I placed an order that seemed to take forever to get to me. When I wrote the company asking how long the shipping would take, Michelle told me I should have received it thru USPS already, but they would rectify the situation. And she did! Keeping me apprised by email every step of the way, she had another order sent out; they arrived yesterday and the jewelry I was waiting for is beautiful! In fact, I was able to wear one pair of earrings last nite to a Friendsgiving dinner, and they were stunning! I received so many compliments! So although it started out as frustrating with the package being lost in the mail, the care that Michelle took in rectifying the situation turned the whole thing around into a 5-star experience.

Excellent Products and Customer Service I am impressed with the quality of the products I purchased. The hat and sunglasses are made well and look great. Very happy with this purchase. Also, I have to commend the company for their excellent customer service. I felt valued as a customer and will absolutely order from them again.

Christmas items on time I placed an order for two items for my teenage nieces for Christmas. Complete fault of my own, I waited too long to order & hoped (but did not expect) to get them in time for Christmas Day. I checked each day, finally shrugged and thought well one or two days late isn’t too bad. But the package arrived a day before Christmas Eve and the girls loved them. They are half Navajo so they really love the message (MMIW). Thank you for the hustle on your end for the poor planning on my end! We are all very happy with your store, your message, & your merchandise.

Dressing up my hat for Powwow I really loved my hatband when I received it. It’s beautiful & will look great on my hat at pow wows. I was anxious that I wasn’t going to receive it because the tracking said it was delivered to IL. I’m in Canada. Happy to say it was delivered late that evening.
