Good Course Bad Student I like the format and the guidance. The fact that you can view recordings of weekly lessons as well as song tutorials is a real plus. The pace of going from module to the next completely messed with me...I still haven't gotten through chord picking with no end in sight. Power chords looks super easy but aren't, so stuck there too. Chord changes, while better, are still embarrassingly inconsistent. So overall the course barely got me out of beginner stage and I'm trying to find local in-person lessons and have stopped playing altogether as it was more frustrating than fun.

Taylor is a fabulous guitar instructor Taylor is a fabulous guitar instructor, he really cares about everyone’s development and progression and is very patient and doesn’t rush through anything. I would definitely recommend this course and his style of teaching. His course is set out in easy to follow learning blocks which are easy to follow and can follow at your own pace. There is a live lesson you can join every Saturday and can watch back if you are unable to attend live. There is access to jam tracks and tabs to coincide with the lessons. Taylor is contactable if you need any advice and there is a Facebook community page to share tips and any learning issues with the members, which Taylor also replies too.

Amazing experience….Taylor changed my idea that I would never learn how to play guitar !!!!! After I’ve tried many ways to learn guitar, I’ve found MusicMatchr and realized how easy was learning guitar .Taylor’s ( instructor) help is very efficient and motivating !!!! It dedicates his time to his students setting up free weekly remote lessons to always keep you motivated and wanting to succeed, teaching you always new things that along with the building block program makes your journey easier in the guitar learning, and in a fun way !!!! Excellent program for guitar After many false starts getting started with playing the guitar, I finally have a structured program that walks you through the Building Blocks necessary to play the guitar competently. Taylor's approach and instructional videos are top notch. I enjoyed spending some time on the phone, also, to ensure we had a match and expectations would be met using your program. Taylor is an excellent guitar… Taylor is an excellent guitar professional and really cares about his students. The program is perfect for my lifestyle I can move at my own pace. Taylor’s instructions are explicit and he takes his time explaining not only about songs but the guitar itself. I love his detail! Plus his live Saturday sessions rock!! Who does that? REALLY nice guy and great course and great instructor! I’m playing better than ever since signing up! I highly recommend!
