My husband LOVED this gift My husband LOVED this gift. At first I thought we had been shipped the incorrect model... I expected the wood stain to be darker at the base and lighter at the top, but it's actually one solid stain color from top to bottom. I think it's just an error in how the 'hero' photo on the webpage is lit. I'd recommend fixing that! Otherwise, it's a great product that was very easy to assemble and looks amazing with my husband's acoustic guitar.

Guitar Stand I purchased a guitar stand from Ruach Music as a present, upon opening the box there was a small chip to the wood. When I contacted Ruach the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Overall great customer service from Stephen & his team. The guitar stand is a lovely piece of craftsmanship and is looking great on display. I will certainly purchase from Ruach in the future.

Very good product and service I had difficulty sourcing my product from other suppliers. Fortuitously, Ruach were £10 cheaper than other "suppliers" and included postage. Well made item that does exactly as described at a good price. Extremely good delivery time and excellent packaging. The product is a wooden acoustic/electric guitar "hang-stand". Very pleasing aesthetically and fits in with our furniture type etc etc.

Good Product, Poor Communication Speed Good product, but a little slow on the communication. If you're hoping to have reasonably fast communication through the company's website, think again. I had to track down someone through Facebook Messenger regarding an order. Products ship from Ireland, unless ordered from a dealer in your home country. Many dealers do not stock accessories, so prepare to wait a while. I really wish I could give 4-stars, but the lag time is just too high.
