Absolutely perfect. from being contacted the same day as I made the order, through Lisa Marie and Rich contacting me with updates. They do not treat you like a "customer", more like a friend. Rich had the lyrics written that night!!! hard to believe but I was blown away. After a tiny adjustment I was surprised to learn that my song was ready the next day on my very own page. Where else can you get anything like this? Nowhere...And to top it off, the song was Cuss word, Cuss word BRILLIANT! I am Scottish so cussing is second nature to me but I was so blown away. If you are going to do this, Give as much information ahead of time before making the order, spend time on writing that part out as well as letting them know what style of song you want. I gave an example of artist and a particular song I loved, as that is what the songwriter uses to create your song. What an experience and I will be sure to be back for more... I know that my Kathy by the Lake will be blown away with her birthday gift and even more so when it is sung at our wedding later this year. Thanks so much BMSTL TEAM...
