The best I've seen. I'd never heard of this company until stumbling across them looking for a fuzz pedal. I found a great deal with them on an interesting boutique fuzz. I ordered an SVI fuzz after checking with FX pedal planet on Facebook regarding stock levels. I can only say good things. Super quick responses and detailed communication (even to the point of a video of the pedal), best I've seen by a mile. Packaged to withstand a bomb blast, and even came with little extras, plectrums and stickers. I got a hell of a discount on this fuzz, complete with a service beyond expectation. A great boutique of pedals with an awesome customer service Didn't knew much about FX Pedal Planet. Interess in a specific pedal from Dirty Haggard made me order one to Portugal. In less than 4 days I had it in my hand. Had the chance to talk with Steve that solved all the small details I needed to get everything done properly. Couldn't recommend it more. Awesome place to buy.
