A Legacy of Excellence A few years ago I was in a position to invest in my legacy drumset. I went with Field Electronic Drums because of my deep experience with them as people, as musicians, as professionals, and as perfectionists. I asked for a custom drum kit of just the shells for hand-building my own set-up, and FED hooked me up. My five-piece maple-plywood shell with kelly green analin-dye and hand-rubbed satin varnish tricked out with their custom gold lugs makes my kit a one-of-a-kind. And the fact that they hand-sanded the rims so that not a single lumen of light shows through any gap whatsoever only further demonstrates their next-level commitment to excellence. All this just for an acoustic set (I’m not yet ready to take the next step into electronic just yet). It is easily the best sounding drumset I have ever played on. It sounds and feels so pure, the way a drumset should. In a world where so many products are getting cheaper to make through mass assembly, It’s great to know there are pioneering companies who still prize craftsmanship and quality. Their products are engineered and built to last, able to withstand anything you can throw at them. They’re not cheap for a reason because you’re buying them for the long haul. They last.

The Very Best In Electronic Drums I'm super impressed with Field Electronic Drums. The technology is best in class and I've never seen or heard electronic drums and cymbals react so much like the real thing. Throughout my career performing with artists such as Elton John & Shania Twain or producing music and mixing film & tv shows for large media companies, I love using creative tools like Field Electronic Drums to help speed up my workflows and deliver the very best in audio. They are the class leader in e-drums! They set the high bar on what electronic percussion should be. I bought an entire set of Field Halo and also Raw models of cymbal about a year ago and could not be happier. Finally my Acoustic (looking) ekit feels the way it should have always felt. Hitting real, quality, metal cymbals versus the traditional rubber e-cymbals is a dream come true. Working with the folks at Field was also a pleasure. They are super passionate about what they build and it shows in the end product. Im looking forward to see what new products come from them and also perhaps someday looking at their actual drum kits potentially (although i still love my current kit :)) Once you move up to this level of product, you will likely wish you did it way sooner.

Extremely high quality products plus… Extremely high quality products plus they look awesome. I've purchases hi-hats, 2 crashes and a ride cymbal and use them with the Roland TD-50X. Wish I would have heard of Field E Drums a long time ago.

The Only Electronic Drums I Recommend I wish I could go back in time and have only played Field Electronic Drums and not spent a dime on the countless other sets and pieces I wound up trading in/selling. Hands down the most superior product on the market today. The craftsmanship, design, and performance of these cymbals/triggers are unreal. Truly an unprecedented product in terms of quality. Also, great customer service! I had all my questions answered in a professional and pleasant manner... and I asked a lot before buying! Will only recommend Field Electronic Drums to other drummers moving forward.
