Very pleased with customer service! I'm very happy with the pattern I ordered from Fabrilish! I haven't made the quilt yet, but the pattern is exactly what I wanted. I was initially concerned because the pattern took longer than expected to arrive and there wasn't any tracking information. It turned out that it was a "postcard size" pattern and tracking wouldn't make sense. I wrote to Fabrilish when I was concerned, and a new pattern was sent to me immediately! I actually ended up with 2 patterns because of this, which the company graciously wanted me to keep! Very helpful company!!

Excellent service Excellent service. My kit was sent out immediately. I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. The kit was complete with everything to complete my project.
