Packaging is a concern. Shipping was faster than expected, however the shipping container was LOOSE. Batting was poorly encased in plastic wrap and exposed in multiple places. Normally this wouldn't be that much of an issue, however the loose packaging exposed the outer layer of batting to rain and dirt (on the bottom). Lost about a yard's worth of batting because rain and debris embedded in the batting. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

Quilters Dream I use Quilters Dream products almost exclusively. It is, in my opinion, the best batting in the industry. I have ordered from this company for about 6 years and it has been consistently the lowest price. My batting arrives clean and undamaged.

Product not received Product not received despite correct address being listed on receipt. Support reached out to me asking for the correct address and stating that they had listed the address as something other than what I listed when I submitted the order, I corrected their mistake but heard nothing back.

Great Customer Service I had a question about the difference in price between the "Google" ad and the actual price from The Quilt Batting Store website. I was surprised when David answered the phone on a weekend when I called. He followed up on my questions and gave me the help I needed to make my purchase. It was great dealing with a REAL person.
