DISAPPOINTED!!! My case was very delayed in arriving. UPS kept changing it. When I finally received my case, I was disappointed that the magnetic closure flap was very weak, to the point of not functional. I immediately requested a return label. It's been a week and no response. I emailed info desk to inquire days ago, nothing back. I tried chat and no one is there. You do not list a phone number. SO FRUSTRATING! I will light up social media soon with my experience if I cannot get an answer.

Great Customer Service Sometimes mistakes happen or products have some flaws... What is important is how a company responds in a case like this. I had a problem with the MagSafe feature of my iPhone 14 Pro Wallet Case. I mentioned it to Toronata and they did everything to fix the issue (at their expense of course). Communication with them was easy via email and WhatsApp. In the end they replaced the product as fast as they could and I am a happy camper again. I would definitely recommend Toronata!!!

Soft and Pretty Leather Case The leather case is very pretty and feels wonderful in the hand. Your phone snaps in snugly and is held securely by the magnet inside the case. Customer service is very responsive. Minus 1 star for my personal use as the metal backing of the detachable phone case is not strong enough to stay on a magnetic car mount over the slightest bumps or when making quick turns when driving and that was my main purpose when choosing this case.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max leather. On Tuesday night, I placed a free shipping order with Toronata for a leather wallet cover for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. After reading the previous reviews (which I foolishly did after placing the order), I didn't have high expectations. Thursday at noon, and the courier just delivered it. A leather AirTag fob, a leather keychain, a leather mini wallet, six Gold VISA cards in slots (I doubt I'll get very far if I try to use them), and a gift box with a sealed seal and velvet pouch were among the extras I didn't order (or pay for).
