I've tried other online fabric companies one or twice, but Olga's Closet surpasses the all! Every time I order, I trust that I will receive amazing fabric. If I'm unsure of anything, her team is available to answer any questions.

Disappointment awaits This was my first time ordering. I placed the order on 4/5. Found the shipping seemed excessive, but first time ordering, willing to give a chance. After 9 days (6 business days) I emailed to get status and was advised delays due to high volume. They sent a review form and I commented shipping was excessive and they contacted and refunded about $5.00 in shipping from the $13.00 initially charged. Now another week has gone by and the fabric has not shipped, but HAS been paid for. Really unimpressed by this experience. Customer service was pleasant but generic. I would like my money refunded and sadly will not be back. Not a great experience with first and sadly last order.
