Oxford alterations are fantastic! Oxford alterations are amazing! They were so helpful and fast, even with my very short time window for the work I needed done. They were extremely reasonable on price and did an amazing job on my dress. Will definitely use them again and recommend them!

Didn't get alterations done based on poor customer interaction I went to Oxford Alterations for a quote on altering a wedding dress but didn't end up going with them so I can only comment on customer service and not quality of actual alteration service which I'm sure is quite good based on other reviews. The reason why I didn't end up going with Oxford Alterations is because I didn't feel like the head seamstress understood or shared my vision for my wedding dress. She continually disagreed with many of my ideas but most of the reasons for the disagreement were based on her taste and not practicality. I didn't feel like she wanted to work with me and I had little faith that what I wanted done would actually end up in the final product. She also made very minor on-the-spot changes to the dress while I was wearing it that I didn't okay/she didn't ask my permission to. The carpet floor was also extremely dusty and covered in loose threads so when I packed up my dress, I found it to be dirtier than when I first brought it in. Overall, I left quite disheartened by the experience. Again, the review is purely based on customer interaction and not quality of alteration. Rob, who managed the transaction was very professional and friendly.

Really recommend this place Really recommend this place! Very nice and friendly service with very good knowledge about tailoring. I have my dress tailored for a special occasion and I am not disappointed at all.
