The initial suit jacket was a little short but the pants fit perfectly. However, after contacting them, a reissued, at no extra cost, a new jacket that now also fit perfectly. An excellent experience that will make order from Sene again!

Best ever fitting jeans It’s not an exaggeration to say this is the best pair of jeans I’ve ever worn. Compared to other online custom-tailored clothing sites Sene kept me well informed of updates and shipping. And the changes they made from the first revision were perfect! These jeans not only look great but they stay up without adjustment. I’m thrilled with the jeans.

A difficult process made easy! The process of measuring and fitting custom jeans over the internet has the potential for great disappointment and frustration, but Sene manages to handle this delicate transaction with grace! I ordered two pairs of jeans and the first mock-up I got was way too small. I sent in pictures and my thoughts on possible alterations and they got back to me right away. Their customer service/fitting specialists are excellent and work very quickly. The only downside is the cost, but custom work is expensive! I hope to get many years out of these jeans and order again in the future!

Aug 7, 2023 Order the suit - and received confirmation Aug 24, 2023 Suit not arrived - sent requests for update - email said production finished and it's onto the fulfillment center. Expect to ship in 1 week at the latest. No update on the actual tracking site. Sept 4 - Not arrived. Another request. Says it is stuck in the customs for inspection and it will ship within a week. No update on the actual tracking site Sept 11 - Still not received. I had told them in the beginning I needed last Friday for the event this weekend.
