I ordered a suit $766.12 - finally write them when suit never arrived- they acknowledged suit was never made- they say they “refunded” my $766.12 and sent me an internal document that says “refunded”- My credit card company says it was NEVER RECEIVED!! -They refuse to provide any “transmittal” to my credit card. Not a company to do business with!!

Pleasantly Surprised - More Suits coming! Gonna be honest, was very suspect about this process going in, but I’m so thrilled with my first Sene suit. As a frequent traveler the material, lack of wrinkling and was of laundering is a game changer. Logging in now to order 3 more!!! Only tough part was the slow turnaround on responses from customer support.

Quality, Service and More. Big Fan! Start to finish, Sene has been amazing. I had a few pieces previously but this was my first true custom round. Suit and a couple of shirts. The suit we perfect right out of the box. The shirt needed to be redone, which they did so well. It's amazing how well things fit despite never interacting in person. With that said, every customer service interaction was quick, friendly, professional and all promises kept. Highly recommend!

Don't expect to receive it quickly. Try a different company. Aug 7, 2023 Order the suit - and received confirmation Aug 24, 2023 Suit not arrived - sent requests for update - email said production finished and it's onto the fulfillment center. Expect to ship in 1 week at the latest. No update on the actual tracking site. Sept 4 - Not arrived. Another request. Says it is stuck in the customs for inspection and it will ship within a week. No update on the actual tracking site Sept 11 - Still not received. I had told them in the beginning I needed last Friday for the event this weekend.

best suit buying experience ever As someone who usually wears XXXL clothes, this was the easiest and lowest stress way I've ever purchased a suit. I've gone to the usual menswear stores, and I've had a professional tailor before. The quality is higher than at the big stores, and it's cheaper, less time consuming, and faster than a custom suit. I don't recall seeing cloth swatches being offered, but I think it would be helpful. My suit fit perfectly the first time, I don't stress out about putting it in my carryon luggage, and I love not having to get it dry cleaned all the time.
