Roberto Cavalli frames… Last year I lost my favourite frames from Roberto Cavalli and I was desperate to find them somewhere online. Through Google searching I found an almost alike shape in Elite Lux store. After receiving 20% discount from a very kind and approachable staff member, I bought the frames in 4 interest free installments, paying only a fraction of the price. I ordered some items from here I ordered some items from here, the experience was great, I was informed about the status of my order and t the order arrived fast and in great shape. The only thing if possible, is if the company of delivery (DHL) can inform a more accurate time of delivery because sometimes I can’t be at home the whole day.

Don’t recommend I requested a refund more than a week ago and despite emailing and contacting on social media channels, I have had no response at all. Really disappointing and given it states refunds are accepted on the website, they are not upholding their own policies.
