Don’t recommend I requested a refund more than a week ago and despite emailing and contacting on social media channels, I have had no response at all. Really disappointing and given it states refunds are accepted on the website, they are not upholding their own policies.

I received my bright yellow with black stitching Lamborghini bag days early than expected, and it traveled internationally through a number of countries. I was very, very impressed. The item is exactly what I wanted. Again, I received it days earlier than anticipated and I couldn't have had a better shopping experience, you guys are awesome!!!! In this day and age customer service is typically a bit disappointing, however, you guys clearly rise to the top and exude exceptionalism............
