Don’t recommend I requested a refund more than a week ago and despite emailing and contacting on social media channels, I have had no response at all. Really disappointing and given it states refunds are accepted on the website, they are not upholding their own policies.

Roberto Cavalli frames… Last year I lost my favourite frames from Roberto Cavalli and I was desperate to find them somewhere online. Through Google searching I found an almost alike shape in Elite Lux store. After receiving 20% discount from a very kind and approachable staff member, I bought the frames in 4 interest free installments, paying only a fraction of the price. The frames arrived speedily and the customer support was outstanding. I am really impressed and very happy with my new frames, exactly the same shape and quality as my beloved once.
