Website is designed to confuse and defraud The website is designed to make you think you are registering your pet's microchip but then diverts you into buying unrelated products. I thought I was paying to register the chip (which you shouldn't have to do if you have already purchased it) and receiving a tag in addition to the registration. In fact, I was only purchasing the tag. I emailed to cancel the purchase within 5 minutes, but my card was charged immediately and when I called the next day they told me it had already been processed. When I told them I would file a complaint with the FTC they refunded the money. I have received texts and emails asking me to come back to the website and register the chip. Edit with reply: I think you know exactly what you are doing: misleading people to purchase things. I am sorry that this business model works. I appreciate the refund and wish your employees well.

Captain Boo for Mayor I was turned onto petke by our local Key West SPCA, where the director of the SPCA was able to find our 11-year-old cat in their databases through the microchip that was placed in the cat at adoption we were able to go to pet Key and update the proper information so if the cat is ever found it can be returned to his mother we also updated the name from the name they gave him at the adoption as Harry to Captain Boo, he lives on a boat in Key West and will be running for mayor, now thanks to petkey and their services !

Im very satisfied with the help i… Im very satisfied with the help i received concerning my new puppys micro chip registration. I was having problems with registering on line and then i was able to talk to a real person and she made registering so much easier. Zippety DooDa and it was done. Received info and Hunee's tag in time she told me it would arrive. Thank you.
