AUExpensive and disappointing service After a long conversation I thought I'd give the shirts a try, but with the dollar conversion they became very expensive. When they arrived they were far too big and when I wrote to them to ask about exchange was advised as they were so cheap no exchange possible, maybe I could gift them. I ordered size 14 and received size 22. I can't afford to give away $200 worth of clothing so incredibly disappointed. The skirts look nice, just far too big. Will not buy again.

GBDisappointing I ordered the Spice Market in Junior size (several inches larger than my waist size but a wrap has lots of overlap, right?) in the ankle length and paid $8.99 for shipping. I received a tea length wrap skirt with less than a handswith of overlap (I’m 5’ 8” with a 31” waist and medium sized hands). One fabric was brown with a repeating yellow daisy pattern. The other was blue and silvery grey twining geometric pasternak. Pretty, but hardly spice coloured and didn’t complement the other fabric at all. The site says you have 60 days you return the skirt. I completed the returns process, including a required photo. The final screen told me to return it within 14 days. Then I received an email telling me they would let me know whether my rrequest would be approved or rejected.

GBNot very pleased, at all 🙁 I was very excited to be purchasing a refurbished silk sari from artisans. Nope. Refurbished is one thing, stains and snags and holes is something else entirely Also, as someone who sews, I am very saddened by the quality of the work. The seams are sloppy, the stitching is sloppy, threads hanging, folds are wadded and bunches in places. Very little care or pride was taken when this skirt was sewn. I do feel that my choice of anything but yellow was considered and the material and patterns are nice. The fabric is NOT sari silk, though. One side is a polyester blend and the other a thin , loosely woven cotton. I’ll be purchasing my next sari somewhere else. 🙁
