Do not order from this company! Two problems: - although advertised as fitting a 4x4 hoop, one of the designs could not be read by my Brother machine, as being "too large". I emailed Babyappliques about this problem and they did not get back to me. - this second problem is more serious: I put 11 designs into the cart, edited the cart, removing 2, then paid for the remaining 9 designs. I received a receipt for these 9 items. A few days later I checked my credit card statement only to find that I had been billed for both the total items in my cart before editing, as well as the 9 items I had a receipt for. The order number shown on my credit card statement for the cart items was ***37, and for the receipted 9 items was ***38. However the statement shows that ***37 was billed AFTER ***38. Hmmm. This shows me that once they had my credit card number they went ahead and billed me for the other items I did not order. I have emailed the company but again did not receive a response. This is definitely not good business practice, I most certainly will not be ordering from this company again. I have contacted my credit card company.
