USGood experience I had been used to other companies not being responsive and not communicating well at all. When I started sharing my project along with its measurements and assembly instructions and having custom hardware produced, I was a little surprised and nervous that there were no questions about anything I sent. In a very short time I was made to realize I was now dealing with people who were professional and were really paying attention. The response times , the mockup, and finished sample were so fast I was pleasantly surprised. I just received the sample and it is just what I envisioned. I will be placing an initial order very soon . I thank everyone at GNN for making this process so fast and easy.
