GBI ordered a wrong size I ordered a wrong size, I tried to get in contact with customer service to exchange the insert and nobody answers. Now I need to return the item at my expense, hope the item will be delivered properly and wait the reimbursement (if you decide that is deserved) and then buy and pay for another delivery fee. Worst shopping experience ever.

I originally ordered the wrong size and I asked if we could return the wrong size in return for the correct size. They responded immediately and sent us the correct size within 3 days!! Very good customer service and I would recommend them to everyone.

GBIssue not resolved Upon arrival of the insert bag I contacted Algorithm Bags the bag is yellow and not beige. I was informed a beige insert bag would be sent to me and I could keep it and use the yellow bag as a courtesy. I have not heard from anyone at the company nor have I received the beige bag that I ordered.
