As technology changed and evolved, it was inevitable that accessory needs would also change over time in line with this development. In the awareness of this fact, we built our product profile mainly on technological leather accessories, but we did not want to limit ourselves to just that.

Poor quality - terrible customer service The product arrived Damaged. Tried to e-mail customer service for return - without return authorization - returns not accepted - that's the trick. No customer service answer after many attempts. Finally canceled thru my card. Now they dispute the return - would not buy direct from them - actually was less expensive on Amazon. Terrible customer service.

Love the product Love the product. The only one thing I would change is where your ID goes. Need a better way of trying to get it out but other than that five stars all the way

LOVE this case LOVE this case. It’s stylish, holds just the right number of credit cards/ID, plus a pocket for cash. Was exactly what I was looking for. After 3 months of use, it still looks amazing. No problems whatsoever.

The product is good; service bad. The product is good; but the service is inept. My first delivery was both wrong color leather and wrong size; return for refund simply got me another (I had purchased a replacement so now I have two). Rather than fool with them again I will make a gift of the replacement. The double purchase price is not worth my time and effort to continue correcting.

Customer service is the worst Customer service is the worst, NO daytime correspondence. All email/texts from company responded to my 8-9AM morning texts the following day anywhere from 1-3:30 AM the next day. They claim because they are in CA. With time zone differences……we all know it’s only 3 hours coast to coast. Excuses, for everything! I felt they made a mockery out of my concerns NO regard for customer loyalty. Was lied to when said with a years earlier purchase, the problem with clasp will be adjusted. Ordered with confidence that the earlier clasp problem was solved. (Was NOT) Royal blue color that is stated is Navy. Employee accountability has change since first purchase( year ago they were more accommodating, and took their customer concerns into consideration). Returned item, did get my refund but not any return postage costs incurred by me. I am giving it 2stars ONLY for the product. Made well, although the color was off. I did receive my refund….minus the return postage I had to paid for
