This a scam Chinese based company This a scam Chinese based company. They state they are US based but do not believe it. They do not respond to emails and the phone number does not work. Additionally, all payments are processed through paypal including credit credit card orders.

Scam company Item was not as described. Company did not allow me to return it despite it still being in the original packing, and despite my offering to pay for postage. Their website claims they accept returns of unopened merchandise. Phone number listed is not real, noone responds to emails, on messenger they just kept lying. Seems China based scam company through and through. 09/03/24 It has been a year since this happened and I could never get a response from anyone via email or Messenger. Your phone number did not work. Now you say you want to help? I have long given up. I gave your product to the Salvation Army, still unopened as you refused to take it back, despite the fact that your website says it accepts returns of unopened items. It was a complete loss for me. So if you truly want to help then reimburse the cost of the product.

I was scammed and being ignored I was scammed. Product was not what they described. Liars!! I should have read these reviews beforehand. They haven't responded to my emails. I sent to 2 different emails. It's been over 2 weeks. I'm going to make a claim thru PayPal. Hopefully they can stop them from cheating customers..

Scam Chinese company Scam Chinese company This company looks like located in the States but in China in fact. The delivery takes at least 1 week. I ordered 2 chargers colored black and rose gold. They sent me a black and grey ones. Probably there was no stock then they sent me another color without asking me a favor or a preference of refund. Although I sent 3 emails about it to the customer service, they never replied to me… Never use this Chinese horrible company!!
