Unreliable Ditto almost everything the reviewer said about false promises. When Viktor is in attentive mode, the work gets done. Then he seems to drop off the map, makes excuses when he drops back in, and is generally unreliable from a long term perspective. I am currently researching other options for website management. Last word from him, two weeks ago, "I'm almost done." Since then I've asked for updates, and get crickets.

I'd recommend Project Army to anyone! As a total novice, I am HUGELY grateful for Victor's support. So often there is a simple solution to problems like just clearing your browser cache or making a 'private' video public. Viktor always gently makes suggestions that, altho obvious to more advanced Wordpress users, turn out to be super useful in troubleshooting for people (like me) unfamiliar with what to do.
